  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Upgrading Debian 6 to Debian 7 (with Plesk)

Hallo,

I'm looking forward to upgrade my Server OS to Debian 7 (now Debian 6.0.8 + Plesk 11.5.30 is installed). But now I've got some questions about upgrading.

Is it possible to include Plesk in Debian 7 with the complete Configuration of my Debian 6 Server ?

Is it possible to make a complete backup of the plesk configuration?
I've only found the migration manager which allows to install backups.
