URGENT. I can't initialize plesk

Hi there,

I've recently installed a new instance on Amazon Web Services Using this Plesk AMI https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/B00A6KOI2K/ref=sp_mpg_product_title?ie=UTF8&sr=0-2
Well, it is running but Now I dont know which are the next steps to initialize it and add a License.
When I go to https://my-ip:8443 it doesn't show the initial page where the initial configuration have to be set.

I am migrating all my websites to plesk so any help you can give I'll apreciate it.

can you give us any logs or any screenshot. What exactly you are getting at plesk login page?
