Question Use Backup Manager to backup databases only

GlennT

Basic Pleskian
Hi there,

Is there a way to backup all client databases only using Backup Manager?

Can I use Exclude certain files from the backup with some variation of */* to exclude ALL subscription website and related files so that only DBs get backed up?

Thanks
G

That only works for Windows. This is linux server and I want to automate it.

So excluding certain files from backup won't work?

It's still somewhat and stores the DBs locally and I want to use FTP.

So you are saying file exclusion will not work?

I found the solution by accident in one of your help articles while looking for something else:

I used: /, /*, /httpdocs

It still captured some files but not too much and I can probably find a way to exclude other directories.
