Resolved User can't log into "shared files"

Dear friends, I have Web Plesk Pro Edition installed, I have created user account with Web Master role, its not possible to log into the shared files, the only possible role that is logging is admin - it is working perfectly so admin can log the user can not. The user can not also log into plesk panel neither. On YT there is a great film about it and on YT everything is ok, I am doing the same exactly what is there but my user is not allowed in.
Can You please write me what is going on.

Can anyone suggest what the problem can be, please?
