• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

[email protected] redirects not working

I'm not sure if this is a Plesk or Gmail issue, but I suspect the former.

I'm trying to create [email protected] as a redirect to [email protected] and it does not work. Plesk gives no errors, but the email does not get through to Gmail. Forwarding to [email protected] works fine. Emailing directly to [email protected] works fine. But emails to [email protected] just disappear.

Any suggestions? Is this a known Plesk issue (perhaps an issue with supporting "+" in the email address?)

Not sure what is the reason of this problem. It should be investigated directly on server. Therefore you may contact support team if it is critical for you. I can say only that there are no any known problems with + symbol in Plesk mail system.
