User quota's doesn't change

I have the problem that my user quota's doesn't change.
Traffic and diskusages are 0 and doesn't move

Can you help me Please

statistics calculate this
You can start statistics manually from command prompt

Check if you changed quota in both "limits" and "setup" for the account.
