• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

User registration - password access to some pages

Sure would be nice to have a simple method to restrict access to portions of the published site. In other words, enter your password to access certain pages.

Would it be possible to use the registration info to do this? Maybe a checkbox on each page to determine if it requires a password (or login)

Such feature request already exists for developers. As I know it is planned to add this feature into v.5 but can not say exactly now if it will be really added and when. This is not the first time when customers ask about this feature. I have added your post into feature request and most probably this feature will be included into next Sitebuilder version. I can only say for sure that in incoming v.4.1 (which should be ready in about a month) this feature will not be included.
