  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi All

I have an issue with email. I setup a domain on Plesk 12 to forward all emails to another external email but nothing was coming through. So I setup a mailbox on the server using the domain name and found all emails were coming into the mailbox generated from the website in question (Magento ecommerce) but not being forwarded. When I try and email from webmail or an email client using the Plesk domain I get below error

Server error: '550 5.1.1 <[email protected]>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table'

This domain can accept emails but not send so believe that is why catchall isn't working. I am novice to Plesk so excuse ignorance.
