usermng: PAM password change failed

Hello,

after installing Plesk 8.2.0 i get this error-message if i try to set up an password for an ftp-user for a domain:

usermng: PAM password change failed: 20, Authentication token manipulation error

System error 111: Connection refused
-
The error occurs inside of the plesk-webinterface and when using the command-line utilities.
