Issue Very slow ftp connection after update

Hello, Plesk Obsidian 18.0.52 on Almalinux. Today after update the website ftp connection is very slow (download speed about 40-50kbps). Can you help me where and how in Plesk I can set rules to ftp speed ? I think this is caused after last Plesk update. Thank you for every tip where to look...
