• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

vhost files not copying, locked out of plesk during migration

I'm attempting to migrate between servers and encountering several issues. Both servers are using Plesk 8.6

1. Doing individual domains, vhost files are not copying. Domain and client data seem to be importing properly, but no files.

2. I tried moving everything in one go, and was locked out of Plesk on the old server, email stopped working, and several MySQL functions stopped working (started getting error messages on some of our sites). I canceled the migration and everything seems to be back to working order. I was unable to verify whether the above bug was repeated, as I canceled the migration before it was complete.

Can someone point me to the current documentation for the migration manager? This might be easier to do with command line than the automated version.
