Virtuell to physical don't work?

Hello,

sorry not the best english.
Now I use a virtuell root server with Virtuozzo and Plesk 8.1 (Suse 10.0 64Bit) with all updates.

Some days ago I buy me a Root server with Suse 10.1 and Plesk 81 (32Bit) with all updates but the migration manager don't work.

They can connect to the virtuell root server and can see the server settings, but when I click to the next step the system switch back to the old webpage.

"I must set all values" is the plesk error message. The only value on this page is the "Migration modus" I use "All customers and domains" and the migrationplatform. I use "Plesk". When I click on "next" they take me back to the same webpage.

Need help!

If your server had a 64bit OS and the VPS you are migrating is a 64bit OS then you can't migrate this to the new server if it has a 32bit OS because the 32bit OS can't support the 64bit VPS.

At least as far as I know. I may be wrong.

Or have I misunderstood?

Yes but I migrate to a physical server, not in a server with VPS.

Old server is a VPS with 64bit guest and host system

New server is a phys. 32bit host system.
