    Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
  • Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.

Dear PLESK-Team,

I try to install OpenXChange via the Applicationsinstaller, but it can not be installed (see screenshot). The message is (translated):

Warning: OpenXChange can not be installed. Your hostingprovider has to configure it first.

What do I have to do?

What is your Plesk version? What sort of related error messages you have in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log and /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log ?

Hi, ehrenwert!
Have you configured it? if not, then go to
Tools&setting -> Application Vault -> Open-Xchange -> settings
and configure it.

Alright, I configured it, but now I'm getting the following error:

"Fehler: Die Installation von Open-Xchange ist fehlgeschlagen. Non-zero exit status returned by script. Output stream: 'Creating OX context 10 Could not connect to host Failed to create OX context 10: Could not connect to host '. Error stream: 'Creating OX context 10 Could not connect to host Failed to create OX context 10: Could not connect to host '. "

What settings have you specified for 'Open-Xchange public site URL' and 'Open-Xchange installation host'?
Here should be IP address of configured OX node. Did you installed node according to this manual?
Take into account that OX node and Plesk node should be resolvable from each other and IMAP ports should not be blocked.
