  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

With updating 8.3 i get this via the plesk updater

Need key update for component base from version 1.0.0-debian4.0.build83071218.18 to '8.0'
Downloading the file PSA_8.3.0/plesk_getkeyinfo.sh: 100% done.
Exchanging information with licensing server.base
Ask KA server for key update: product=PleskLogin current key number=***** to version=1.0.0
Warning: your license key for the base component cannot be upgraded.

What to do ?

if you update from previous 8.x version to 8.3, then update with plesk console updater and run it with option --ignore-key-errors..

It is open , problem already solved with solution from above.
Same here:
In the webinterface "server" => "licence management" => "Retrieve Keys" plesk tells me that the Server response: License key PLSK.xxxxxxxx.xxxx is up-to-date.

But the "server" => "updater" => "Plesk 8.3.0"
running /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller and just go past "Warning: your license key for the base component cannot be upgraded." by typing Yes

After everything was updated, I can use the webinterface for updating the rest again.
