• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Pleskian
Hi,

when I open/click Watchdog in Modules, the following error messages came out:

ERROR: WDCPExc
Configuring crontab task failed: The scheduled task does not exist.

Reinstall of Watchdog, the article (http://kb.parallels.com/en/1709), bootstrapper.sh and autoinstaller Repair/Upgrade has not solved the problem.

In "Server -> Scheduled Tasks" no Watchdog scheduled task exist.

System:
11.5.30 Update #42 // v11.5.30_build115130819.13 os_CentOS 6
CentOS Linux 6.5 // Linux 2.6.32-431.11.2.el6.x86_64

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Best regards, have a nice day

Tobi

Hi InderS,

thank you very much for your answer. Sorry, your solution don't work :(

1. replace the file
2. restart plesk panel
3. login and click on "Extensions"
4. click on "Watchdog"
5. the error messages came out again

Best regards

Tobi
