watchdog notification message

Hi

When a service under plesk stops because of failure or misconfiguration then I get a notification message from watchguard if configured and it is show as follows:

The SMTP Server (QMail) service on host <myserver> is down.

As far this is normal thing.

Does it give the opportunity to recieve notification message from watchguard if the service is coming back again?

I think watchguard should be able to notify whether the service goes down or up???
