We need help getting the xslt libraries enabled

Can you please assist us in the proper way to recompile the PHP, and or enabling the extensions, so that the existing xslt libraries are active and available on the service.

Currently there are existing libraries for xslt, under the /usr/lib folder, such as libxslt.so etc.

Please give us some direction as to how to achieve our goal of be able to parse xml documents utilizing the xslt libraries, which at this point, we are certain requires the php build to be recompiled and the xslt libraries flagged for enable.

Please advise.
