Web Presence Builder 10.3.0 image publishing problem

Hello,

I have tried to use the Builder to create a web site and at the beginning everything was ok. After some modification which I cannot remember, I have learned that the published site has no images anymore, only the places for them. The images in the Builder are shown correctly. I have checked the HTML code and have found that the image URLs are wrong, like: http://mydomaine.com:8880attachments/Image/some_image.png . When I correct the URL to http://mydomaine.com/attachments/Image/some_image.png it starts to show the image correctly.
Where is the problem and how to make the Builder creating correct URLs?

Thanks!

I cant help fix, but we are currenlty having the same problem on our server, whcih is affecting all sitebuilder sites on the server. I have a support call logged with Parallels, whcih has now gone onto second line. Will post any further info when I get it, if Parallells dont get here first...

Hi AdminB, DorianR,

Thank you for reporting this. We are trying to reproduce this problem now. Any additional information you can provide (preferrably via PM) will be very helpful. Thanks!

One more important question: can you tell us which browser you are using for checking this?

Having done some quick testing the image upload facility appears to work correctly in Firefox :

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.2.20) Gecko/20110803 Firefox/3.6.20 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0E)

Please see the following website : http://manfield.n-yorks.sch.uk/home/

My staff, and users of Sitebuilder five will be using a mixture IE 8 / 9

I am getting the error in version 8.0.6001.18702

All other details are currently logged with your second line support team :)

Update: we have reproduced this issue and we are developing a fix for it. The problem only happens when using IE8, so in the meantime you can advise your customers to use a different browser (actually, that's a good idea regardless of this issue). I will let you know when the fix will be available.

Hi everyone,

This bug is fixed in Parallels Plesk Panel 10.3.1 MU#7. You can read more about this microupdate here: http://kb.odin.com/en/112229. Thanks to everyone who provided valuable information and helped fixing the bug!

Hi,

I am also having this same issue, we are using 10.3.1. How do I fix this issue with out having to re-upload all of the images?
