Web Presence Builder customisation

One of the new listed features of Web Presence Builder in v11.5 of Plesk Panel was the ability to control which features a user had access to within the builder. This gives the ability to upsell more advanced features.

Having upgraded, I can't see how to do this. Can you enlighten me?

Подскажите пожалуйста в настройках/общие/описание веб-сайта/Пишу описание своего интернет магазина,сохраняю публикую,а в поисковике появляется описание,которое было по умолчанию!Как исправить?

From the documentation I'd read, I had been under the impression that the updated Presence Builder in Panel v11.5 would allow for customers to be upsold features. In other words, it would be possible to offer a basic service for one price and optionally switch on modules or other features for certain clients in exchange for a premium price.

As far as I can see, that's not an option from the documentation mentioned.
