Resolved Web statistics Problem

Hello Plesk,

We are facing problem in one of or domain for Web statistics not updating.

We are getting following error

This is the placeholder for Web statistics. If you see this page that means that statistics service has not run yet on your server. Statistics service is typically set to run once every 24 hours. If you do not see a change to this page in the next 24 hours contact your server administrator for assistance.

We have tried with following plesk exisiting utility to manually update Web statistics but we are getting same error.

statistics.exe
web_statistics_executor.exe

we have also checked log files and it present.


Kindly provide us guidance how to resolve.

Hello,

I am unable to resolve the issue
I have try with repair.exe,statistics.exe,web_statistics_executor.exe utilities but there is no change.
what is the solution ?
I have also try with perl awstat.ple -config=domain name -update and I have also redirected its output to index.html file but no change.

We have manage to solve this issue using awstat.pl script so consider it as resolved.
