Web Statistics

I have an issue with using web statistics on the plesk panel. When I press the link to view the stats I get a 404 error the page cannot be found error. I check in IIS 7 and see that the site is set up properly. I can even browse the statistics folder and view the stats directly on the server.

And yes I have enabled web statistics on the web hosting options.
Anyone have a clue what might be wrong here?

Probably it means that Perl support is not enabled on a domain. To enable Perl support on a domain go to Domains, domain.com, Hosting Setup, tag Perl checkbox, click OK.
