• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Web Traffic usage logs

Basic Pleskian
Where does the log file for the web traffic usage shown in plesk (in plesk tools and settings->statistics) gets saved in the server(windows server 2008 R2)?
Does it related to the folder C:\inetpub\vhosts\incometaxsoft.com\statistics\logs\W3SVC7

I have deleted log files in C:\inetpub\vhosts\incometaxsoft.com\statistics\log s\W3SVC7 folder.
Now in plesk it shows web traffic as 0 MB used of 1.4TB . I have deleted these log files 2 days back.so in last 2 days log files are created which i have verified. But in plesk it still shows as 0 mb used of 1.4 TB. Why this happens?when plesk will update its statistics?

I found that statistics.exe is missing in C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin folder. But i ahve not deleted any of files. How can it will miss automatically?? Any idea about it?
