Hello,
I've tried to setup a webuser (not the main user) of a domain to use sftp or ftp.
If I issue the command "usermod -s/usr/libexec/openssh/sftp-server my_user" then I can connect with sftp but no more with ftp
I had a look at the file /etc/passwd and I saw that for the main users, with the shell "/usr/local/psa/bin/chrootsh" it was possible to do sftp or ftp.
But when I use this shell for web users, it doesn't work.
As web user accounts are generaly used by our customers or for automated file exchanges we would prefer to keep both sftp and ftp
I found this thread but it's so complicated (we have 100's of webusers accounts on our servers !)

Any other solution (Plesk 8) ?
Thx
