• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

I have a web user that has about 4 gigs of ftp'ed files and when I do a backup with the plesk backup ssh command line utility these files are not being back up.

I am using plesk 8.1.1 and fedora core 4.

I tried it both
/usr/local/psa/bin/pleskbackup domains domain.com /var/backup/test.fil

and

/usr/local/psa/bin/pleskbackup all /var/backup/test.fil

the test.fil contains about 500k when I do the domain only and contains about 1.8 gigs when I do the whole server.

Any ideas how/why the web user with 4 gigs of files is not being included?

Thanks.

I have take a look into the backup file and there left many files from the folder /httpddocs/

Have you found a reason ? Or have anyone a idea ?
