  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Webmail icons missing

New Pleskian
Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me please...

I am running CentOS 6.10 (Final)‬ with Plesk Obsidian 18.0.28 Update #1

If I go to Email Settings for the domain, I can select the WebMail service I want to use
After you select, it and view the account list for the domain, you get an icon on the right, just after the amount of space used. If you click on the icon, it takes you to webmail.

This works ok on all of my domains except one - any ideas why it fails for only 1 of my domains?

1. Make sure the email you want to access webmail has a mailbox enabled. otherwise, the webmail icon will not show up.

2. Also, check if you have this record in your domain DNS Settings:
webmail.example.com A <Your domain IP>
