18.0.71 Update #2
After Update to this newest version i cannot login to webmail and also mails are not sent from one domain. In fact i can make a new mail account and i can send mails from that account. But those mails are also not delivered. The whole Server is not sending any mails after the update. It seems like something is blocking the send. We are using roudncube. How can we fix that?

Logs says everything is fine... The log says all mails are delivered fine. But the mails never come to the recipient. They seem to be stuck somewhere. Before the update everything worked fine.

The Diagonse and Repair said that the "check" was "fine" and everyhting healthy. I tried to "repair" and also "no issues detected". I got a spammail now on my gmail account. I will check with a spam test tool if something is wrong.

Ok Mail-tester.com says its a 10 out of 10. DKIM and Stuff is working fine. So mails are delivered there. It seems that the repair did something and repaired the deilvery of the mails to external mailboxes. I just got an issue now to receive mails on the same server. They are not delivered from [email protected] to [email protected] on the same server. The mails are managed through outlook for domain2.com. Any ideas?

Hi everyone,
Good morning – and sorry again for the confusion yesterday. My clients weren’t very precise in their descriptions and also changed some passwords, which didn’t help.

Here’s the current situation:
  • I can now successfully log into all mail accounts.
  • Emails can be sent from the server and are also received normally.
However, there’s still one issue I’d like to resolve:
I recently moved my own website onto the same Plesk server that my clients are hosted on. Since then, emails sent to me from this server (from client domains on the same server) are not arriving in my inbox.

The strange part is:
• I can send emails to them, and they receive them just fine.
• My email is hosted externally (via Microsoft Outlook / Exchange).
• There are no bounces, no spam, and nothing in quarantine on either side.
• The mail logs on the server also show the message as successfully delivered.

It’s quite confusing, especially since only emails originating from my own server don’t make it to my external inbox.
Any idea where I could start looking to troubleshoot this behavior?

Thanks in advance!

Double check DNS settings and make sure that the mail settings for your domain in question is set to off/disabled to force it to do a DNS lookup.
