If you are not the admin of the server, contact your hosting provider, as most likely admin access is needed. (mentioning as the domain you provided point to a shared hosting like panel)
Also seems some custom setup with "services/portal"

What OS is the server running?

windows 11 home is not a server OS.

Do you have root access or access with username "admin" to plesk?
