• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Webmail not working for one domain

theywill

Basic Pleskian
Plesk 11.5.30 Update #7
CentOS 5.9

I have a site that is set to use RoundCube as the webmail client. Until a few days ago, that had worked fine for a while. Horde had worked well before that. Sometime over the weekend, webmail.domain.com started redirecting to domain.com.

[user@mercury ~]# wget webmail.domain.com
--2013-08-12 14:16:58-- http://webmail.domain.com/
Resolving webmail.domain.com... 72.x.x.x
Connecting to webmail.domain.com|72.x.x.x|:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 302 Found
Location: http://www.domain.com/ [following]
...

Other facts:
There is no vhost.conf file for this domain.
There is an .htaccess file in the httpdocs directory. Removing this file does not fix the problem.
Wordpress is installed under www.domain.com/blog. It looks like Wordpress was recently automatically upgraded.
The only conf file in siteapp.d doesn't appear to have a redirect.
I've tried switching to Horde, turning off webmail, and resetting it to RoundCube. No change.
Other domains on the same server are still serving webmail without issue.
I've tried restarting the related web services. No change.

Could this be related to the automatic Wordpress update? Does anyone know where else I should look to find and resolve this?

Thank you for your ideas and help.

Best,
James
