What do your logs tell you? Star by checking /var/log/messages and /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog.

It is not a password issue it seems, the http://webmail.xxxxxxxx.com gave this error without the horde

Hello, according to Flesk support
the php-mysql rpm package not installed.

Do any one know where to downlaod it and how to installed it

The server has
PHP Version 4.4.1
mysql-4.4.1l

I faced the same problem but the instructions http://faq.sw-soft.com/article_50_940_en.html on didn't help.

What I found was that somehow PHP couldn't find the extensions because the directory was not set properly.

On /etc/php.ini, change
extension_dir = "./"
to
extension_dir = "/usr/lib/php4/"

and restart httpd with
service httpd restart
