Issue WebMaster Role

I noticed a limitation in Plesk via the WebMaster Role which is one selected domain or all. The issue with this is I have WebMasters who need access to 15-plus WordPress sites but I also have a PHP development site that they don't need access to.

So far the only solution I see is to give them full admin rights or create webmaster accounts for each site.

Any solution to this limitation?
