Webstatistics dont work

How can i fix it to see statistics on domains?

Activated "accessible via password protected directory '/plesk-stat/webstat"
But I get "500 Internal Server Error" after click on "Web statistics"
I logs I get "configuration error: couldn't check access. No groups file?: /plesk-stat/webstat"

do you get any error? have you tryed to test ist manually from comandline?

then perhaps under your OS it is another path where the statistics file is located

you can check the path for PRODUCT_ROOT_D in /etc/psa/psa.conf

well i am disapointed as swsoft use almost 24 hours to fix it and its not fixed, why pay 399$ for support?
