  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

what does this mean: What objects were you working with when the issue appeared

Basic Pleskian
I am trying to submit a per-incident support request to Parallels and I cannot submit the form without answering this question: What objects were you working with when the issue appeared

The form states a list will appear when you start typing. Which it doesn't. I'm wondering what might be ANY object that could work in that field so I can submit the form to Parallels.

Were it domains? mailboxes? customers? resellers? server settings?
just type what you were playing with
