• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved What is a License Code?

AnnE

New Pleskian
Hi, I'm trying to contact the Plesk helpdesk via the chat online link, but it's asking me to put in a License Code/key. I don't have one, but I can't get any further to speak to someone. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks.

To contact Plesk technical support team, you should enter a license number or key for verification. If you are the partner, you need to select the corresponding option for partners.
If you do not have a license - you are an end-user of a hosting provider or do not have a license at all.
There is no way to contact support without a key. Without a license, you cannot use Plesk.

Thank you. I used the Twitter option to contact, and they've told me where to look for licence code under tools & settings etc.
