• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

What is this icon?

Silver Pleskian
On the domain/mail/mail user page there is a red icon that resembles a christmas present. It is labelled "Off".

What is it?

Also when I click it I get the following error:

ERROR: PleskFatalException Up LevelUp Level

get_mpc_encrypted_data() failed: Permission denied.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

0: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/common_func.php3:153
psaerror(string 'get_mpc_encrypted_data() failed: Permission denied.')
1: /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/mpc.php:32

It claims it is something about additional tools or somesort.

I simply used the Server Interface Prefs/Interface Templates Toolbar to hide that icon.

At least the customers don't need to look at it anymore. :) Appeared after the update to 8.1.
