where are the locales templates

downloaded the templates packages for Plesk9: there are only 4 locales: DE FR ES NL. Couldnt find a complete package with all locales for plesk9.

Any link o this?

yes, Ok, but they are not EZ templates, PBA refused to download. I must download them in each plesk node as I understand, correct?
