Issue WHMCS Plesk Onyx Unable to change status. Permission denied

  • Hi
    I am trying to create a new domain in Plesk Onyx using the WHMCS interface.

    I can connect to Plesk Server no problems and I have enabled ALL permissions for my reseller (me), yet I still get this error when I click to accept the order. The customer has paid for his Subscription through PayPal no problems too.

  • I have also manually added hosting to the domain but when I try to add Wordpress I get a no hosting found error.
Please can someone help?
