why inactive domain and not active? please help me

my domain is inactive in plesk and not active !!
after click in active to Domain this error : Error: Unable to activate the domain: Either the domain owner or their subscription is suspended.
please help !

Try to unsuspend subscription first with something like:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\bin>domain --webspace-on domain.com

After that try to unsuspend domain.
