Question Why Ubuntu 18.x LTS gets the 18.0.29 update but not Debian 8 "Jessie"?

Thank you, but i can't see how it is with the minor version numbers.

Currently, i run Plesk 18 "Obsidian" with Debian Jesse (i know, it's time to upgrade, wil do that ASAP) - so you can't say Plesk 18 does not work with Debian 8 "Jessie". (As the links...)

"does not run" or "not officially supportert"may be 2 different things.

So what's the reason that the Plesk 18 "Obsidian" Update 29 (18.0.29) will not be shown on my Debian 8 "Jessie" VM (that currently runs v18.0.28 Update 3), but it will be shown on Ubuntu 18.0.x LTS? That question is still pedent - and i can't get that informations from the links above.

Major question: Maybe somebody has a link with a graphic visualisation that display how it is with minor versions numbers vs. the different OS platforms?

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,
Jan

With the release of Plesk Obsidian, Plesk has shifted their "support" model. It is no longer to do with major versions, but with just the 2 last Plesk (even minor) versions. You can read in details about that here.

Looks like 18.0.28 was the end of the line for Jessie.

That's how I read it anyways.

Cheers,
Tom
