Windows 2003 e plesk 10 Service Unvailable

during the cration of domians the service message was not available.I've notified that i stopped the applicationpool... and also the webmail. Is already the second time that happens, who can hapl me??

Any details, logs, error messages, steps-to-reproduce? "It doesn't work!" is not enough, sorry.
