After 3 days I finally got the installation to get past the MySql entry, but when setup is installing I get the following error:
"Error 1609: An Error Occured while applying security settings, xxxuser/myserver is not a valid user or group. This could be a problem with the package, or a problem connecting to the domain controller on the network. Check your network connections and click retry or cancel to end the installation"
I am logged in as Admin
Frankly I would pay to have someone install this, I have no time to figure it out, but I cannot even get them to return a phone call. Has anyone had any success calling tech support?
