Does this matter when using plesk ? I would like to save a few hundred bucks on 2003 licensing by getting the web editions..will I be limited by number of sites or features ?

    thanks

It doesn't matter. I'm using Web edition.
You can see Windows Server 2003 editions compare table at microsoft.com. For web hosting Web Edition is enough

    Web Edition

If you plan on offering MS SQL Server then you will need standard. MSSQL Server will not install on Web Edition.

    Just a heads up..

The MSDE which is bundled with Plesk will install on 2003 Web edition. Full blown SQL Server 2000 however, will not.
