windows plesk not login to admin area and show first setup page

In plesk 12.5 suddenly we encountered with below page ;
all websites on plesk are working properly but login not working and show below screenshot;
Would you please tell me how I can fix this ?

currently when I try to login plesk with admin login I see this page but clients see correct page;

Have you tried filling the form with the appropriate information required and still the page is consistent?
