Windows2003 plesk7.5 and SiteBuilder

Seem to be having problems in making SiteBuilder work on Winows2003/plesk7.5
Have created user with the simple steps , have included FTP/IP but sitebuilder doesnt want to work, had a look at the plesk admin and it doesnt look SB is enabled as the SB icon is not alive!? Am I missing something?
Have created the user in plesk with SB support , but its not showing up :confused:

Any Suggestions ?
 
finally was able to work it out the only problem is the permition in sitebuilder wizard.
am able to use it as Admin but getting the popup permition window and when using just a user id/password from a client (which has been set up) cant log into the wizard :mad:
Dont really feel like giving my clients the admin login to use this wizard!
How do I disable the popup window ?
