With Hotlink protection, I get "Invalid Index." instead of an errordocument's respons

Hi,

After I anabled hotlink protection in Plesk 7 on a W2K3 box,
I get "Invalid Index." as a respons to a attempt to hotlink, instead of a error document respons or error code from IIS.

Where can I control the way the hotlink protection responds to an attempt to hotlink?

one of our customers have this problem too

this is caused by the fact that he is using javascript's window.open to open images...

i guess Plesk does not handle hotlink w/ javascript as the "referer" well...
