Resolved WordPress can not send emails to my email server

Émerson Felinto

Regular Pleskian
I'm using the Contact form plugin and got an error in sending emails. But what I saw is not an isolated case, since wordpress is not able to send comment notifications. What do I do ?

No, I do not have it !!!
From what I've researched I know this is a solution, but several of my client's sites have stopped running this feature. How am I going to explain it to them?
Please give me any idea of what's happening :(

Do you have any related error messages from Plesk maillog?

Just try to send email from your WordPress site and check related records in Plesk maillog /var/log/maillog

Looks like that Outgoing mail filters are enabled in Tools and Settings->Mail Settings and prevent mail delivery, because mail message limit is reached.
Try to increase "Default limit on outgoing messages from a mailbox" under Plesk->Tools and Settings->Mail Settings , lets try and set it twice and check mail delivery. Or you can disable this option in Plesk->Tools and Settings->Mail Settings

Also go to Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings and enable the option Allow users and scripts to use Sendmail.
