Hello there.

One of our customer wanted a new wordpress website. He didn't have one before, so in order to build the wordpress page without interfering with the current one we made a subdomain dev.domain.com.

Today we wanted to switch the content of those two pages, so I removed everything in the httpdocs folder from the main page, copied everything from the dev.domain.com into the httpdocs folder and we switched over the database. However, soon after we realized that we can only have access to the wordpress toolkit from the global option. If we select wordpress toolkit on domain.com it tells us that there is no wordpress website for this domain.

Selecting this option as an administrator allows us to edit out wordpress toolkit stuff normally.

But choosing this option here at the specific webpage we only get a blank website...

Plugins and Themes are also empty. This only happened after we switched pages.

The main site only had a regular http/php page before, so Wordpress Toolkit was not installed. We then cloned it from the dev.domain.com to domain.com and at first everything seemed to be in order, as we coul access the page via domain.com/wp-admin and the page itself also worked.

We still have a backup from before we moved the page, but if somehow possible we would like to not use that because the new site is already live. Any ideas how we could fix this? Or have we done the migration/clone process wrong somehow?

Hi,

Am I understood correctly, that you can see WordPress site in WPT when WPT is opened from the left sidebar as administrator?
But when you go to "Domains -> example.tld -> WordPress Toolkit", then WPT shows an empty list?

If for both questions the answer is yes, then this is a known issue EXTWPTOOLK-9314, you may read about it here Plesk 18.0.44 broke WP Toolkit
As a workaround, you can
a) open WordPress Toolkit via "Subscriptions -> example.tld -> WordPress Toolkit"
b) log in as customer/reseller and open WordPress Toolkit from the left sidebar
