Hello,
I'm trying to install wordpress on my windows machine I got two site up and running but I try to install a new site and I got the following error:

PHP Warning: file_exists() [<a href='function.file-exists'>function.file-exists</a>]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(C:\Inetpub\vhosts\xxxxxxxxxxx.com/wp-config.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (C:/Inetpub/vhosts/ xxxxxxxxxxx.com\;C:\Windows\Temp\) in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\ xxxxxxxxxxx.com\httpdocs\wp-load.php on line 31

Windows server 2008, IIS7.5, Plesk 11, WP 3.4.2

Any Help it will be appreciate.
