Were you ever able to fix this? My links are using the IP address instead of the hostname even though the hostname is set in Plesk and there is a correct SSL certificate for it.

Hi, @Bobbbb . Could you please confirm through what URL is the server accessed at the point of "Reset password" submission (i.e. hostname or server IP? Also, is the server in question behind a NAT? Thank you in advance.

Hello. Thanks for replying. The server is accessed via the server's hostname (host.example.com). The hostname was already confirmed to be set both in the OS and via the Plesk GUI. However, proper functionality did not begin until running the CLI commands found in (https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...ge-or-get-the-server-hostname-on-Plesk-server)...

plesk bin server_pref --update -hostname host.example.com
hostnamectl set-hostname host.example.com
service sw-cp-server restart
service sw-engine restart
