Issue XML API: Missing option to configure database collation

Hi all,

We, an online agency, are using the XML API to create databases on our plesk panel.
Unfortunately it is currently not possible to define the collation that should be used by the database.

We saw that this would be possible with the plesk CLI (documentation link), but as for the XML API this option is missing completely.

Would be great if this would be implemented or what do you guys think?
