  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

New Pleskian
Hello Guys, This message suddenly appeared on my website and now I cannot access to the website or the wordpress admin panel. On the ISS settings, Anonymous authentication is clicked. Can you guys help me please? Thanks in Advance.

Try to fix it with following commands:

"%plesk_cli%\repair.exe" --update-websites-anonymous-user
"%plesk_cli%\repair.exe" --regenerate-web-server-users-password
"%plesk_cli%\repair.exe" --synchronize-impersonation-storage

I was trying to get into the console but I don't have the link to "domain administrator access". I was following this tutorial:

to locate the Command line interface in PLESK do the following.

1. goto you plesk panel and login using your login and password
2. click on domains on the left hand panel
3. click on your domain..
4. under "files" locate ssh panel.
5. if it is not there do the following.
6. click on "domain administrator access".
7. slide down to "Management of access to server over SSH".
8. choose "Domain administrator can allow access to any type of shell".
9. save your work.
10. repeat steps 3 and 4.

Any other way? I really need to fix this.
